About this creation
Mapped out in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, this GPS art represents a drawing under the name "Corrida matinal". This part of Brazil has the kind of grid that keeps the shape recognisable once it's recorded on a watch.
The route covers 15.1 km, roughly 1h31 at an easy running pace, which makes it a longer run. Every turn follows real roads from OpenStreetMap: Draw My Loop's snapping algorithm keeps the outline on the actual street network.
The GPX file is available on the page. Import it into Strava, Garmin Connect or Komoot, follow it with a watch or phone, and the drawing reappears on the recorded activity. You can also fork this route from the map and adapt it to your own neighbourhood before exporting.
