About this creation
This "GPS #197 • Run In Lyon 🦁" route traces a drawing as GPS art in Lyon, France. The neighbourhood suits this kind of shape: the street layout gives the routing algorithm enough room to honour the outline without cutting corners.
The route covers 22.4 km, roughly 2h14 at an easy running pace, which makes it a longer run. Every turn follows real roads from OpenStreetMap: Draw My Loop's snapping algorithm keeps the outline on the actual street network.
To follow it, download the GPX from the page and import it into Strava (Routes → Create Route → Import), Garmin Connect or Komoot. Your watch will guide the run turn by turn. You can also fork this route from the map and adapt it to your own neighbourhood before exporting.
