About this creation
"Tour de France à Paris" is a GPS art route drawn in Paris, France that takes the shape of a france map. This part of France has the kind of grid that keeps the shape recognisable once it's recorded on a watch.
The route covers 33.1 km, roughly 3h19 at an easy running pace, which makes it a longer run. Every turn follows real roads from OpenStreetMap: Draw My Loop's snapping algorithm keeps the outline on the actual street network.
Grab the GPX file, push it to a watch via Strava or Garmin Connect, and head out. Once the activity is recorded, the drawing shows up on the map automatically. You can also fork this route from the map and adapt it to your own neighbourhood before exporting.
