Service purpose
Draw My Loop provides tools for creating GPS art, projecting routes, and exporting GPX files for fitness and creative use.
User responsibility
Before following a route, check safety, legality, road closures, traffic conditions, and your fitness level. Maps and routes may contain errors.
Accounts and public content
You are responsible for the routes, titles, and information you publish. Draw My Loop may remove public content that is abusive, unsafe, or contrary to normal service use.
Auto-Fit and payments
Auto-Fit uses paid credits to automatically search for strong shape placements. Credits may be refunded automatically when a result does not meet the expected quality threshold.
Custom GPS art routes
The custom route service is a one-time personalised service. When ordering, the customer authorises a hold of the total price on their card: no amount is charged at that stage. Draw My Loop says within 24 hours if the request cannot be done; the hold is then released at no cost. Otherwise a preview of the route is shown within 48 hours. The customer remains responsible for checking the route is safe and practical before following it.
Preview approval and payment
The customer has 7 days after the preview to decide. They may request one free correction, decline at no cost (the hold is released and nothing is charged) or approve. Approval triggers the charge of the total price and the immediate sending of the GPX file. If the hold has expired in the meantime, payment is requested at approval. Without a decision within that period, the order is closed with no charge.
Withdrawal right
The GPX file is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By approving the preview, the customer expressly requests its immediate sending and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the file is made available to them. Before approval, no payment is taken and the customer may cancel at any time from their order page. If the delivered file is unusable or differs from the approved preview, the customer may contact Draw My Loop for a correction or a refund.
Intellectual property and map data
Draw My Loop retains its rights in the software. Map data comes from sources including OpenStreetMap and remains subject to their respective licenses.
