Terms of Use

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Service purpose

Draw My Loop provides tools for creating GPS art, projecting routes, and exporting GPX files for fitness and creative use.

User responsibility

Before following a route, check safety, legality, road closures, traffic conditions, and your fitness level. Maps and routes may contain errors.

Accounts and public content

You are responsible for the routes, titles, and information you publish. Draw My Loop may remove public content that is abusive, unsafe, or contrary to normal service use.

Auto-Fit and payments

Auto-Fit uses paid credits to automatically search for strong shape placements. Credits may be refunded automatically when a result does not meet the expected quality threshold.

Custom GPS art routes

The custom route service is a one-time personalised service. The total price, requested scope, and delivery deadline are shown before or immediately after payment. The customer asks for design work to begin once payment is confirmed. The customer remains responsible for checking the route is safe and practical before following it.

Commercial money-back guarantee

For a custom order, the customer may request a full refund with no explanation before delivery or within 7 days after delivery. They may instead request one free correction and retain the right to a refund while it is being prepared; if the revised version is still unsuitable, they may request a full refund within 7 days after that new delivery. Requests are made through the private order link. This commercial guarantee never limits more favourable statutory rights.

Statutory withdrawal right

For a service bought at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw without giving a reason. They may do so from their order page or by email. Where the law permits a proportionate charge for a service begun at the customer’s request, Draw My Loop applies at least the rights required by law; the commercial guarantee above may be more favourable.

Intellectual property and map data

Draw My Loop retains its rights in the software. Map data comes from sources including OpenStreetMap and remains subject to their respective licenses.
